7 days Ayurveda and Yoga Training

This course is specially designed for those people who want to know about Ayurveda and Yoga but does not have enough time.

Each day we provide a theory class, practical class, practical demonstration on different kinds of therapies,massages, herbs preparation classes, Ayurveda diet preparation, Yoga theory and Practical class. You can learn the massage, do it practically and also feel it yourself. Each day you will have the classes of 4-5 hour. You will have the time for breakfast and lunch in the middle. In the course we also include the Ayurveda tour to visit some herbal garden. You can also do the Ayurveda and Yoga hiking nearby. You can learn the techniques of the therapies that you can continue in your own land even after going back.
