This package is designed for those who is not able to give more time and want to detoxify their body. In this package we help you to pacify your Pitta dosha through Virecana and Vata dosha through basti.
In this package you are given to drink medicated ghee for first three days along with different kinds of massages like relaxation massage, deep tissue cleansing massage followed by different kinds of swedana(sudation) like whole body steam bath, patra pinda sweda, picu and so on.
Personalised yoga is also given that you can learn and practice afterward.
All the herbs used are finalized as per the prakriti(nature) of a person after consultation and prakriti assessment by our doctor. The therapies may be added or removed as per the disease.
